Celebrating Success at the National Nursery Management Awards

Huge congratulations are in order for two exceptional members of our team who took home prestigious awards at the recent National Nursery Management Today ceremony. It was an evening filled with excitement and anticipation, as Julie Rees and Nikki Moran, both previously shortlisted and interviewed by the judges, emerged victorious in their respective categories.

Recognising Julie and Nikki’s Remarkable Achievements

• Nursery Manager of the Year: Julie Rees, representing our Innsworth Nursery, showcased exceptional leadership and commitment.
• Room Leader of the Year: Nikki Moran, hailing from our Faringdon Nursery, was acknowledged for her exceptional work in managing a bustling pre-school room.

The judges commended Nikki for her outstanding approach to promoting independence among the children in her care. In Julie’s case, her leadership and dedication in inspiring her team and providing them with top-notch training and continuous professional development opportunities were highlighted.

An Outstanding Achievement

Managing Director, Sarah Steel, expressed her delight, “It was an amazing night for The Old Station Nursery, and I was thrilled for both Nikki and Julie. They work tirelessly every day to provide the best experiences for young children, and it’s truly rewarding to see their outstanding contributions recognized on a national platform.”
